bedroom home and will accommodate 10 persons in the bedrooms. A Greco travel crib/cot is also provided.

This property is licensed, insured and inspected as required by Hotel
Accommodation State Legislation.
The renter is advised that all persons must be covered by personal
travel/holiday/vacation insurance.

I understand and agree that I am responsible for all loss or
damage to the property or its' inventory during the Rental Period and that Sunshine
Villa Florida or its agents can deduct sums from the security deposit to cover
eventualities. Examples: Non-return of keys, early arrival or late departure
charges, damage to the property (including odour damage caused by smoking in
the home) or it's equipment, loss or breakage of inventory items.
Where loss or damage to the Property, the Inventory, or
equipment exceeds the amount of the security deposit, Sunshine Villa
