Our villa’s lounge has modern vaulted ceiling with a brand
new twin sofa suite, coffee table, side tables, side lamps and central
light/ceiling fan. A remote control 27" digital cable TV with hudreds of channels plus interactive
and on-demand channels, Digital Video Recorder, DVD player and CD/radio/tape
hi-fi. All to aid perfect relaxation and
further your enjoyment. Large patio style doors lead out to the
Dining area, - with dining table and

The Master Bedroom has a King size double
bed, dressing room, cable TV, VCR, alarm clock radio, ceiling fan,
full-length mirror and it’s own en-suite
and very spacious bathroom with w/c, twin basin suite, mirror, large
shower and hairdryer. |

Second full bedroom with Queen size double
bed, drawers, cable TV, alarm clock radio, ceiling fan, full-length
mirror and built-in wardrobe, overlooking the pool. |

Bedrooms 3, 4 & 5 have twin beds, built-in wardrobes,
bedside tables, all have cable tv's and ceiling fans, and share bathrooms 2/3. One twin room has a Disney theme
with character dolls and night-lite, the
others have a full-length mirror. |

A Greco travel-cot is provided for the convenience of customers with babies or small toddlers |

Bathroom 2 has w/c, wash suite, large mirror, bath, over-bath shower and hairdryer Bathroom 3 has w/c, wash suite, large mirror and cabinet. |

The fully fitted kitchen includes a spacious
breakfast nook. Equipped with every modern convenience
that you could likely need, including cookware, cutlery, glasses,
and plates/cups/mugs, teapot, a full size electric cooker, microwave,
extracter, dishwasher, sink waste-disposal, and a huge 19 cu.ft.
fridge freezer with ice maker. An array of electrical accessories such as electric kettle,
toaster, coffee maker, can-opener, liquidizer, etc. etc. make this
kitchen wholly user friendly. |

A fully screened, heatable 29'x15'
swimming pool has been with underwater light, behind a full width
safety fence. The patio area has 4-seat table
with parasol and chairs, together with 4
recliner loungers & side table. |

The two car garage has been converted to a games room complete
with 7ft pool/billiards table, 7ft air hockey table, electronic darts
board, GameCube, cable TV and sofas. The utility area has washing
machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Wifi
10meg Hi-Speed internet is provided free for your use during your
stay. Bring your laptop, PSP or other wifi device and stay in touch
with your email, instant messaging etc, maybe even send home 'photos
of yourselves lapping up the Florida sunshine and enjoying Disney!
Our wifi network is security protected for your safety, and you will
be given the key on arrival. |

There is cable television to all
the tv's (digital cable in the lounge), and telephone with Caller
Display and Voicemail is installed which is available to guests without
charge for US calls. International calls may be made through the use
of a credit card (via operator) or locally purchased phone card. Our helpful management company is available to assist
you at all reasonable times via a freephone/toll-free number, and
24 hours for emergencies |
